2026 events

Calendar of events for 2026, for the club.

Hopefully you will find all or some of the events a good reason to get your classic on the road and see a bit of the Scottish countryside.

We are working on other events to add to this calendar so keep looking at our website for the latest version of the planned calendar.

Full details and Regs etc for CCHMSC events will appear closer to the time of each event.

We will also list other club and classic events and shows as we hear about them.

Plenty to choose from for classic motoring.

If you would like to join the Club download the application form now.

2026 Events
Your committee met recently to agree the club's 2026 event list. We agreed that the cost of living crisis is still a significant issue, so for this year your club will continue to subsidise part of the setup costs of each event, carrying on the agreement made at a previous AGM to use our bank balance toward making motorsport more affordable, while maintaining the features, variety and social, that members asked we incorporate in our events.
We hope this will encourage you to bring out your classic, or modern car, on the club tours in 2026.

The Red Hackle Tour  -  3 May
Our opener for the season and tribute tour to the Black Watch. This favourite in the calendar will start and finish again at the Black Watch Museum Perth. Organisers Ron & Jan Adam have a new route planned, this time heading east out of Perth with visits to interesting places on our tour.

Tour of the Ochils - 5 July
Some 10 years since we toured the roads and byways across the Ochil Hills.
Starting and finishing at McDairmid Park we will head south toward Bridge of Earn before climbing into the Ochil Hills. George Shand has found some exciting roads across this landscape, ready for you to explore. Once again passing places of interest, to visit and enjoy.
Tour of the Borders -  6 September
To finish the touring season we pickup the route we had prepared for the unfortunately postponed 2025 season. Movintg back into September will hopefully fit in with members diaries. Last year October seemed too late.
Our route promises some new roads to drive, many with spectacular views from the hilltops we cross.
Once again points of interest on the way ideal to stop and refresh.

Classic High Tea  -   6 December
End of the touring year for members to get together to chat about their year of classic motoring, and what is happening next year, at the Royal George Hotel in Perth. Includes their award winning Meringues, which never cease to amaze.
