Sneak Peek 2018 Events
Below is listed the latest view of the 2018 events calendar, for your club. Some dates may change as more information is obtained but a good start to plan your classic mortoring diary for next year.

Tour of the Wall  - 25 March
A change of venue and scenery for this years opening event.
Starting just south of Edinburgh our route will head for, and over the border, heading for Hadrians Wall, the Roman border between north and south. Travelling over rural roads, visiting interesting places, this is a new experience for those looking to do something different for their first outing in 2018.  Look out for centurions !

The Red Hackle Tour  -  6 May
We return to the land of the Black Watch with a new route this year. Organiser George Shand has produced a challenging and enjoyable run
starting in Crianlarich, with a good selection of tight twisty roads mixed with some good flowing sections to suit all styles of driving. The return will bring us back to the regimental homeland near Perth.
Grass Gymkhana  -   5 August
The inaugural running of this test of skill and manouverability around  agrass field raised a smile on everyones face. With the experience gained we have more in store for the 2018 event. Designed as a day of fun, that won't break your car, held centrally so easy to get to from across Scotland makes this a date to put in your diary.

Clyde Valley Rally  -   30 September
The 2017 route for this event took you over some roads not covered in any of our previous border 'sorties'. Organiser Ralph Forbes has plenty more where they came from. He does love seeking out remote roads that nobody knows about. A great day out awaits you at this earlier date for 2018.

Targa Rally -   4 November
This one day Targa will based in the west of Scotland, with tests and regularities to test your concentration and skills.
Organiser Dave Spence has made sure there is a lot to keep you involved, so look out for this one to end your year on a high.

Classic High Tea  -  2  December
End of the touring year for members to get together to chat about their year of classic motoring, and what is happening next year, at the Royal George Hotel in Perth.
