Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Caledonian Classic and Historic Motor Sport Club Ltd will be held on Thursday 11th June 2026 at the Royal George Hotel, Tay Street, Perth PH1 5LD at 7.30pm. All current club members are invited to attend.

4. Financial report and adoption of accounts (Y/E March 2026). (R.Forbes, Treasurer)
5. Membership report (J. Paterson, Membership secretary)
6. Election of Directors & Term of Office (1, 2, & 3 year term)
7. To elect the principal Office Bearers, i.e. Chairperson, Company Secretary and Company Treasurer.
