Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Caledonian Classic and Historic Motor Sport Club Ltd will be held on Thursday 25th May 2023 at the Royal George Hotel, Tay Street, Perth PH1 5LD at 7.30pm. All current club members are invited to attend.

2. Minutes of the previous AGM
3. 2022 Report (J. Paterson, Chairperson)
4. Financial report and adoption of accounts (Y/E March 2023). (R. Forbes, Treasurer)
5. Membership report (J. Paterson, Membership secretary)
6. Directors;  End of term Standing down and new elections. (Proposal Request)
7. To elect the principal Office Bearers, i.e. Chairperson, Company Secretary and Company Treasurer.
8. Looking to the Future
