Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Caledonian Classic and Historic Motor Sport Club Ltd will be held on Thursday 26th March 2020 at the Royal George Hotel, Tay Street, Perth PH1 5LD at 7.30pm. All current club members are invited to attend.

2. Minutes of the previous AGM
3. 2019 Report (J. Paterson, Chairperson)
4. Financial report and adoption of accounts (Y/E March 2019). (R. Forbes, Treasurer)
5. Membership report (J. Paterson, Membership secretary)
6. Directors;  End of term Standing down and New elections.
7. To elect the principal Office Bearers, i.e. Chairperson, Company Secretary and Company Treasurer.
8. 2020 calendar
